The moment you have been waiting for is finally here, the  Mission Ranch New Homes Subdivision at 157th & Mission Road in South Overland Park is accepting contracts for new home construction and lot reservations . There are 6 fully furnished models to preview and 18 homes under construction with available occupancy from 30-90 days.

Mission Ranch will be separated in 3 sections, Saddle Creek,  Fox Ridge and the Grand Reserve. There will be 47 available homesites in the first phase of Saddle Creek and Fox Ridge and all of the homes will be built by Rodrock Homes. For the Grand Reserve, buyers can choose their own builder with a plan approver by the developer.  Homes in the Grand Reserve with estate lots will start in the 900's.  There will also be maintenance provided  Villa homes at a date to be determined.

Saddle Creek will consist of 26 homesites in the first phase with lot prices starting at $108,950 and going up to $142,950 based on square footage, location and whether it is a walkout, day lite or level lot.  There will be 13 different Rodrock models to choose from in the first phase of Saddle Creek.
